1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Salonify platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2.Description of Service

Salonify provides an online booking platform connecting customers with beauty and wellness service providers. Our Service includes booking management, payment processing, and business management tools.

3.User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service
• One person may not maintain more than one customer account

4.Business Accounts

• Business accounts require valid business registration
• You must have authorization to represent the business
• Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan
• Business accounts must comply with local regulations

5.Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are subject to availability and business confirmation
• Cancellation policies are set by individual businesses
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are handled according to the business's cancellation policy
• For online payments, the following fees apply and are deducted from the service provider's payout:
  • Total transaction fee: 3% of the booking total (all-inclusive, includes payment processing)
• Customers always pay the displayed service price. All fees are borne by the service provider and deducted from their payout

6.Reviews & User-Generated Content

Salonify has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. By using our platform, you agree to the following:

• Users may leave reviews after completed appointments. All reviews must be honest, relevant, and respectful
• The following content is strictly prohibited: hate speech, harassment, threats, sexually explicit material, discriminatory remarks, spam, misleading information, or any content that is illegal or objectionable
• All user-generated content (reviews, photos, profile information) is subject to automated content filtering and manual moderation
• Users may report objectionable content or abusive behaviour at any time using the report function available on reviews and user profiles
• Users may block other users. Blocking immediately removes the blocked user's content from your feed and notifies Salonify for review
• Salonify will review and act on all reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Content found to violate these terms will be removed and the offending user's account may be suspended or permanently deleted
• We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these guidelines without prior notice

7.User Conduct & Content Policy

You agree not to use the Salonify platform to:

• Post, upload, or share content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
• Harass, bully, intimidate, or abuse other users in any way
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any content moderation or security measures

Violations will result in immediate content removal and may lead to temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account. Salonify reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities regarding any content that may violate applicable laws.

8.Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform belong to Salonify or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9.Limitation of Liability

Salonify acts as a platform connecting customers with service providers. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by businesses listed on our platform.

10.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Luxembourg City.
