What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Salonify uses only strictly necessary (essential) cookies to operate the platform. Because we do not use marketing or tracking cookies, no consent banner is required under the ePrivacy rules and the GDPR.
Essential Cookies We Use
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Authentication / session token | Keeps you securely logged in during your session | Session / until logout |
| Refresh token | Renews your session without forcing repeated logins | Up to 30 days |
| CSRF / security token | Protects against cross-site request forgery and unauthorized access | Session |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers your selected language | Up to 12 months |
Cookie names are indicative; exact technical names may vary across our apps and domains, but all serve the essential purposes above.
No Marketing or Tracking Cookies
We do not use third-party advertising, marketing or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.
Stripe at Checkout
When you make a payment, our payment processor Stripe sets its own strictly necessary cookies to securely process the transaction and prevent fraud. These are essential to completing your payment. For more information, see Stripe's own cookie and privacy notices.
Managing Cookies
You can view and delete cookies through your browser settings — usually under Settings → Privacy → Cookies / Site data — and you can configure your browser to block cookies. Please note that blocking or deleting essential cookies will log you out and may prevent the platform and checkout from working correctly.
